A $27.5 million state-of-the-art senior living community is coming to Westchase.
Tessera of Westchase is slated to open in early 2019, and will offer 64 assisted living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments.
The community is operated by Solvere Living, the operations division of St. Petersburg based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG).

Tessera of Westchase will offer an array of modern amenities, services, programs and activities.
All-day dining is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in three dining rooms, café and bistro and private dining room. There is an event center, fitness center with HUR equipment, libraries, art studios, salon, spa, and wellness center, along with entertainment, social and educational programs.
Services include concierge, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and linens, scheduled transportation, 24-hour health monitoring and all utilities except telephone. Wi-Fi and basic cable, maintenance and repairs, trash removal, landscaping and emergency response system in each residence are also provided.
A Taste of Autumn event will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday (Oct. 25). It will feature culinary offerings from Sweetwater Organic Farms, along with samples from local breweries. To RSVP for this free event, call (813) 654-7194.
