Taylor Morrison will build a new subdivision off of Boyette Road between Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Overpass Road.
The builder and developer recently broke ground on Chapel Chase, set on approximately 40 acres just north of New Tampa in Pasco County. The community will include 87 new homes, two lakes and a wetland conservation area.
"This community is close to everything, from dining to shopping to the best of Florida's beaches and year-round recreation," said Joe Fontana, division president of Taylor Morrison's Tampa division.
Homes at Chapel Chase will feature open concept and well designed floor plans complete with designer kitchens, owner's suites and flexible design options.
Chapel Chase is located only a few miles from Interstate 75 and Bruce B Downs Boulevard, and is less than one mile from a county park that offers baseball fields, soccer fields, a football field, tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness trail, playground and fishing access. Residents of Chapel Chase will attend Pasco County schools including Wesley Chapel Elementary, Thomas E Weightman Middle and Wesley Chapel High School.
