Zoës Kitchen, the fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, celebrated the grand opening of its second Tampa location last month.

A location in South Tampa opened in 2017, and general manager John Powell will now head up the new Carrollwood location.

Zoës Kitchen serves fresh, made-from-scratch, Mediterranean inspired dishes.

There are no microwaves or fryers, and grilling is the predominate method of cooking along with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, olive oil and lean proteins.

Menu items include salads, soups, pitas, piadinas, sandwiches, bowls, and kabobs. Zoës Classics include Mediterranean chicken, steak and chicken roll-ups, and the protein power plate.

Many dishes come with a choice of fresh sides such as turmeric rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, and pasta salad. There are also several vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu items.

For those on the go, Zoës Kitchen offers Grab and Go Snack Boxes and Fresh Take Tubs. Mediterranean Family Dinners are available as well as catering for parties of all sizes.

Zoës Kitchen is at 15028 N Dale Mabry Highway. It is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. For more information, call (813) 400-1702, or visit zoeskitchen.com.
