Goodwill to stage job fair at new U.S. 301 location

Goodwill Temporary Staffing will hold a Job Fair from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday (June 6) at East Tampa's Goodwill location, 1407 U.S. 301 in Tampa. They will recruit for sales associates, donations processing associates and warehouse positions.

Positions for the East Tampa store and the Brandon Goodwill store will be available at the job fair. Goodwill offers a comprehensive benefits package and is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and a drug-free workplace.

The job will remain temporary or 60 days and then transition to Goodwill employment if approved after the 60 day period.

Goodwill Industries-Suncoast's mission aims to help people achieve their full potential through the dignity and power of work. The organization's successful donated goods retail operation helps support its human services in 10 counties in West Central Florida including employment services, training and job placement for people with disabilities and community correction programs.

Attendees should bring resumes, identification and a Social Security card. Staff of Goodwill Temporary Staffing will be on-hand to interview, as well as current Goodwill retail managers.

Applicants should complete an application before attending the job fair, but walk-ins are welcome. Employment applications are available at sbsgoodwill.com or in the store.
